2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, submitting a case, or engaging with 360 DigiLab in any capacity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

3. Services Provided

360 DigiLab provides dental laboratory products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Crown & Bridge Restorations

  • Implant Restorations & Custom Abutments

  • Digital Scan Processing

  • All-on-X Full-Arch Solutions

  • Temporary & Full Cast Restorations

  • Dentures (Full & Partial)

  • Nightguards & Occlusal Appliances

  • Surgical Guides

  • 3D Printing

  • CAD/CAM Design & Milling Services

All products are designed and manufactured in-house in the USA unless otherwise stated.

4. Case Submissions & Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate case information, scans, and documentation.

  • Ensuring any digital files are compatible with our systems.

  • Reviewing and approving designs or plans before production.

  • Meeting payment terms to avoid delays in case processing.

We reserve the right to refuse work if case information is incomplete, inaccurate, or violates applicable laws/regulations.

5. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided at the start of each case but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Incomplete submissions

  • Technical issues with scans or designs

  • Material availability

  • Unforeseen production challenges

We strive to maintain clear communication regarding case status and will inform you of any significant delays.

6. Warranties & Limitations

360 DigiLab warrants that all products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use, for the duration of the stated warranty period for each product type.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, alteration, or improper handling

  • Cases where clinical procedures did not follow industry standards

  • Situations where we were not given adequate case information

Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is due according to the terms on your invoice.

  • Late payments may result in account suspension or additional fees.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed quotes will be honored.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, methods, processes, and digital assets created by 360 DigiLab remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our work without prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data Security

We respect client confidentiality and protect patient data in compliance with HIPAA regulations. All digital files, case details, and personal information are handled securely.

10. Partnerships & Third-Party Materials

360 DigiLab maintains partnerships with leading manufacturers and technology providers. Any reference to third-party products, brands, or technologies is for informational purposes only and does not imply endorsement unless stated.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
